NTRM Control:
Non-Tobacco Related Material is the fastest way to lose a buyer. We treat it that way. Manual sorting, pneumatic separation, and metal detection run at every critical control point, catching string, plastic, stem, sand, and foreign fibre before threshing. Rejection rates are logged by source, every shift.
Threshing Precision:
Our GLT line is calibrated for leaf integrity, not just throughput. Conditioning holds moisture within tight tolerance before threshing, protecting lamina and minimising fines. Threshers and classifiers are tuned to deliver consistent strip size, lot after lot, spec after spec.
Lab-Backed Consistency:
Every lot is sampled against CORESTA-aligned protocols, moisture, sugar, nicotine, chloride, physical grade. Results are recorded at lot level and shared with buyers on request. Blending decisions run on data, not guesswork. The shipment matches the sample. Always.
Direct relationships with registered growers across Andhra Pradesh's Northern Light Soil (NLS) and Southern Light Soil (SLS) belts, plus Karnataka Light Soil (KLS) for FCV.
Farm-Level Identity:
Leaf is received, weighed, and tagged at the farm-gate level. Source location, grower ID, variety, and harvest window are recorded at intake, and stay attached to the lot through every downstream stage. No blending of unknowns. No anonymous tonnage.
Lot Integrity:
Each lot moves through threshing, redrying, and packing as a tracked unit. Batch codes carry forward to C-48 cartons, matched against intake records and lab results. If a buyer flags a bale six months later, we can trace it back to the farm, the week, and the line shift.
Compliance-Ready Records:
Documentation is built for buyer audits, not pieced together after the fact. Tobacco Board of India registration, ALP-aligned grower practices, and Sedex/SMETA-ready records sit behind every shipment. Traceability that holds up under scrutiny, because that is the only kind that matters.
Lamina–stem separation, moisture conditioning, and controlled redrying calibrated for each variety and buyer specification.
Conditioning & Threshing:
Leaf enters conditioning cylinders where moisture is brought to tight tolerance before separation. Threshers and classifiers then split lamina from stem with controlled particle size, protecting leaf integrity, minimising fines, and hitting the strip profile each buyer specifies.
Redrying Stability:
Redrying locks the lot for long-haul shipping and storage. Moisture is pulled down, stabilised, and held within export-safe bands, preventing mould, fermentation, and weight loss in transit. What ships from Guntur arrives in spec, not close to it.
Line Control:
Every stage is monitored, temperature, moisture, throughput, particle size and logged against the lot. Operators run to set points, not estimates. Calibration checks are scheduled, not reactive. The line behaves the same way on Monday morning as it does on Friday night.

Lot-Level Reporting:
Every lot carries its own test record, tied to batch code, intake date, and source farm. Reports are stored against the lot file and shared with buyers on request. Specifications are not promised. They are documented.
Decision-Grade Data:
Lab results feed directly into blending, grading, and release decisions. If a lot does not meet spec, it does not ship. If a buyer needs a specific chemistry profile, we build to the number, not to an estimate. Data drives the line, not the other way around.
