Our Infrastructure
Threshing, conditioning, redrying, blending, packaging, QC. Every piece of kit set up to deliver a bale that matches the sample we sent you.

Built for Every Route and Requirement
A tobacco processing plant isn't one machine — it's a sequence. Green leaf comes in at one end with variable moisture, mixed grades, and stem still attached. A cased, graded, redried, traceable bale leaves at the other end. Between those two points sit six categories of equipment, and the failure of any one of them shows up in the bale.
Every machine in our plant earns its place by what it does to the leaf, not by the brand on the casing. We picked equipment for three things: clean separation of lamina from stem, tight moisture control through redrying, and consistent case weights at packout. These are the three places a tobacco shipment actually fails, and the three places we don't compromise.
Receive & Prepare
Green leaf arrives from the auction floor and is weighed, sampled, and assigned a lot reference. This reference stays with the leaf through threshing, redrying, packaging, and shipping, and appears on the chemistry report you receive.
Bought at the floor
Good tobacco is chosen, not ordered. Every lot, picked at auction.
Blending
Every blend starts at the feeding table — hand-built, to the customer's spec.
Holding
Held to spec Humidified and continuously monitored.
Traceability
End to end Every lot carries its own reference, auction floor to container.
Separate & stabilise
Lamina parted from stem, moisture brought to shipping range, and the leaf stabilised for the long journey ahead, held to spec at every step.
Conditioning Cylinder
Green leaf brought to working moisture in our conditioning cylinders — the foundation every later stage depends on.
Threshing Line
Lamina is separated from stem on a counter-flow threshing line, a design that protects leaf integrity and lifts long-strip recovery in the outturn.
Laser Sorters
Laser sorters detect and reject any non-tobacco material before the lot moves on. Every kilogram that leaves the line is leaf, and only leaf.
Lamina Redryer
Moisture, locked The lamina redryer brings moisture down to shipping range under a controlled temperature ramp. Stable for the crossing, every lot.
Hand Picking
After laser sorting, trained pickers walk every batch, catching what optics miss. Machine first, human last. Both must agree.
Siemens PLC
The entire production line runs on a Siemens PLC system, set-points held, deviations flagged, every parameter logged. Same line, every shift.
Sealed and Sent
Cases are sealed, documents cleared, and the container stuffed under our supervision. From this point, the lot is on its way to you.
Auto Press
Lamina is pressed into cases on a fully automatic line under continuous weight and moisture control. Same case, same spec, every time.
Testing
Our in-house lab runs imported instruments for moisture, sugars, nicotine, and chlorides, every lot tested against its spec sheet before it's cleared for shipment.
Carful Storage
Packed with care, stored under controlled conditions, fumigated before despatch, every lot, every time.
Multiple Inspections
Every lot is inspected at intake, after threshing, after redrying, before despatch and many other places in between . Four sets of eyes on the same leaf.
